What is LiveHushh?+
LiveHushh is a restaurant discovery platform that lets you watch live streams of restaurant ambience before you visit — with all faces automatically blurred for privacy. You can browse menus, join waitlists, place orders, and discover flash deals in real time.
Is the live stream privacy-safe?+
Absolutely. All faces in restaurant live streams are automatically blurred using our real-time privacy technology. Guests can enjoy the ambience without any privacy concerns. Restaurants cannot stream without this protection enabled.
How does the waitlist work?+
Join a restaurant's virtual waitlist directly from the app. You'll see your real-time position, estimated wait time, and get notified when your table is ready — all without standing in line.
Can I order food through LiveHushh?+
Yes! You can browse a restaurant's full menu, add items to your cart, and place dine-in pre-orders. This reduces your wait time once seated. Payment is handled at the restaurant.
Is LiveHushh free for customers?+
Yes, LiveHushh is completely free for customers. Create an account and start discovering restaurants instantly with no subscription required.

How much does it cost for restaurants?+
We offer three plans: Starter ($199 CAD/mo), Pro ($349 CAD/mo), and Enterprise ($699 CAD/mo). Each plan includes different features and livestream hours. Visit our For Restaurants page for full details.
How do I set up live streaming?+
After signing up, go to your Owner Dashboard → Live Studio. You can start streaming directly from your phone or tablet with just one tap. Our system automatically applies face blurring — no additional setup required.
Can I manage multiple branches?+
Enterprise plan supports multiple locations under one account. Each branch gets its own dashboard, menu, and analytics while you can see an aggregated view across all locations.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most restaurants go live within 24 hours of signing up. Our team reviews your application, sets up your profile, and guides you through the dashboard. Pro and Enterprise plans get a dedicated onboarding specialist.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period with no cancellation fees.
